Step #1 of living a happy life is to get a good nights sleep. It has been scientifically proven to improve your mood, mental stability, motor skills, level of alertness, and your ability to communicate in a positives manner toward others.
Step #2 is live life as though you enjoy the benefits of being able to get a good night's rest even if you never do. Treat others respectfully even if you are tired. Smile, even when your face muscles would rather droop with exhaustion. Why? Because these things will help others around to enjoy their life and therefore give off more positive vibes. These vibes will resonate around you and boost your lower levels of animo and enthusiasm, and thereby allow you to live a life closer to that of one gained by a good nights sleep.
In other words if you have trouble sleeping be nice to everyone so that you can feed off of their happiness and peace of mind without being a heartless bloodsucking monster.
This is the secret to my existence. Because friends, I do not sleep well.
And on that note I shall tell you about today.

I woke up and got ready for the day, before making peanut butter and banana sandwiches. They are delicious. You don't think so? Well, go blog about it and become famous. That way I mooch off of your money for inspiring you to become famous. Anyways,
We got to the office at the bright early hour of 7:00amish. We then met the technicians. They are good guys, and as far as I've seen, all hard workers.
Nathan (my trusty cousin, basically a brother from another mother. I mean genetically it makes sense . . . Ramble ramble ramble) and I were split up. I spent the day with Technician ( insert cool Code name). It was fun. We went to a ton of different houses and i got to see a few different services that we do. At one point I was helping with a ladder and somehow lost a thin chunk of my hand. No, you aren't getting a picture. It also isn't bad so don't worry about it.
It was really cool being able to see inside of some of these houses. They are gorgeous.
I learned some real good stuff from Technician A. We also talked a little about different beliefs, books, and greek mythology. I feel like he was a little impressed with my knowledge of Greek mythology, which is cool.

After Nathan and I got back we watched Guardians of the Galaxy 2 in a really plush theater where we had reclining seats and could have ordered food had we wanted to. It was crazy snazzy.
My opinion of the movie is that it had some good stuff. It had some really funny stuff. And it had a lot of stuff that I don't like. Lots of swearing, cruelty, sexual references, and violence. Very minimal amounts of blood though, if any. The movie was funny, and the story was good, however, I think i would only give it a 2.75 out of 5, because of all the stuff. Again the story was great, the acting was great, and the cgi was top notch. It just has a lot of garbage.
